Retaining my number

Hi

I'm going to be out of the country for a month. If I don't pay for a month, would I still be able to keep my number when I come back and start a plan again?

Thanks

You need to make a payment before account deactivate

Would one still able to retain the existing plan if after a period of inactivity (within the 89 days)?

@mclyin

Yes.  If you change plans, you'll only be able to select from those currently available, and you won't be able return to a previous promo plan.  As long as you don't make any changes, you can keep renewing the same promo plan, even if you let it expire for a while.

Your account is fine if not active for one month.  But remember to reactivate it again when you come back. 😄

Yes, you can let your account lapse by turning off autopay.  You'll have up to 89 days after the expiry of your current period to reactivate on the same plan and same number.
