@rh66, I'm wondering if this is a return of the bug discovered when the 3G speed plans first came out.  There was an issue on renewal, that did not renew the data portion.

Please contact the Moderator_Team about this, if you haven't already.

@Alan_K, a reoccurrence of this possibility?

So you saw his reply to a couple other people. Did you send him your particulars as he asked of them?

Ok. I didn't know if it was. So yes for both of these folks (so far)...moderator.

You can send a message to the moderators and they'll give you instruction on a fix for this problem....Click this to message them

Please allow up to 48 hours for them to respond....usually a lot less.

Keep an eye on Annoiuncements for latest information.

Good luck.

@hairbag1 Are you suggesting this is a continuation of the same problem? Is it a roving problem of no texts or no calls and now maybe even no data?

Ok. I'd more interested in your overview page though.

This is just a regular monthly plan that is supposed to reset... this screen is still blank so i dont think its a phone issue.

Data & Add-On Usage

Usage for Phone Number 403-xxx-xxxx
Your Data & Add-On limit will show the total min./MB available on your account at the time of your last Add-On purchase.

U.S. Roaming Add-Ons expire after 10 days. Any unused data expires at the end of the U.S. Roaming Add-On. Add-Ons that are not U.S. Roaming related do not have expiry dates. Any remaining data or minutes in your Add-On will continue to roll over until they are used up. In-plan data expires at the end of your renewal cycle. It does not roll over to your next 30 or 90-day cycle.

Hmm

Could you maybe post a screen snip of your overview page. Blank out personal info of course.

If this was mentioned, ignore this.

You mentioned you were renewing. Was this just your standard renewal? Or did you renew after being gone for a while?

Did you happend to change devices?

If so,  maybe the APN settings need a massage...

If not, nothng to see here, and best of luck!

@rh66  Make sure that your APN setting is PM and not Telus. For some uknown reason it likes to switch back to Telus on some phone models.

It's a clunky, buggy, rattly old system here...but it works just fine for the vast majority of customers...until it doesn't. Here you are. 🙂

The "trick" may not even work. We'll see.

I wonder if your phone has a data quantity blocker itself. Or if you look at the overview page does it show your data.

What automated message 2 hours after?

You could wait however long for the moderators to figure it out or you could *try* ideas suggested by fellow customers. Ideas that have been known to work for many problems. Take your pick.

One last trick you can try is reporting your phone lost/stolen through your account. This will reprovision your plan and may kick start the system into turning your service back on.

1. Login to your self-serve account.
2. Report your phone lost/stolen using 'Plan and Add-Ons' --> 'Lost/Stolen Phone'
3. Log off
4. Wait 5 minutes and login again
5. Report your phone found.
6. Re-start you phone to enable all features of your plan again.

If that does not work you should contact a Moderator:

Heads up, depending on how busy they are, sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to hear back from them. To speed up the process, give them your name, phone number, account number, etc. when you send in your message.

Try the lost/stolen trick:
Once you log into your account...
Click the 'Plans and Add-ons' tab.
Click 'Lost/Stolen Phone' tab.
Click 'Suspend Service' button.
Log out of your account and wait several minutes.
Log back into your account and report that your phone has been found.
