Hi everyone,
I am a new user! I just activated my sim card in a store and they forgot to add the phone number of my friend who introduced me Public Mobile. When they realized that it was too late, the activation of my new account had already been processed. Is there a way to do it now?

They can now! @Mitocondrio You will likely need to provide authorization from both parties.

Usually they are not don't retroactivly, but you can try asking a moderator, they are the only ones who may be able too.

Hello. You can try to write a private message with the Mods.. @CS_Agent with your phone number and your nip and explain what happened...good luck...
