Are the other SIM cards all from the same provider AND is it the same provider the devices were first purchased from?

I'm asking to completely rule out the possibility that the devices aren't unlocked. I can't see any other possibility.

I tried following phones. They are working fine with all other sim cards.

Which model iPhone is it? And "Samsung" doesn't say much... so, which model?

execuse me? do you think I dont know what I am doing? I did activate the phone. I got a phone number as well. All it says is unregustered sim. Tried on unlocked working phones. same result. Self serve says account is active but phone has no signal. It was activated on $80 plan. I topped up $80 and I have non working pone now. Total waste of money and time. It's been 2 days and public don't give a **bleep** about it. sent so many emails. no reply.

Did you just throw the SIMs in the phones and tried to call?? You need to activate your accounts first, the website is written on the back of the SIM card holders.

If I recall correctly, it's activate.publicmobile.ca

Did you go throuh activation, at all???

I have 2 phones., iPhone & Samsung. Sim card is not regitsred. It means it's not activated. Sent a web form already and no repsonse from public mobile. They just dont reply I guess. I wasted $80 for nothing.

If you check out all the call blockers on the Google play store, you will find 1 that blocks and disconnects the number before VM is activated.

Plus, I never by tone or word implied that I was a know-it-all. Hint!

^What about your posts, Just as bad telling people to use call blocker for a voice mail issue. Did you think before make that recomadation how a call blocker will eliminate voice mail
