Porting problem

i tried porting my number from bell to pm. i entered my number during activation, and then below i entered my bell account number. and then below it asked for alyernate phone number and i wasnt sure ehat it meant so i entered my dads phone number. it seemed to work to port and i completed activation but when i inserted my sim card into my phone it showed service but when i call someone, theyre caller display shows as my dads number. so it ported wrong number i guess

Yes that doesn't look right. You don't even need to enter an alternate number, and it definitely should not be taken as the port number. Looks like something that will need a moderator to straighten out when they come online in the morning, @Kalla_A@Mary_M@Shazia_K
