• If you are transferring from a Koodo prepaid plan you will need to select a new number at activation, create a Community account, and then send a private message to our Moderator Team here to complete the transfer to Public Mobile.

@johnkent48  message the moderator_team.  Click on the question mark on the right hand side of the page and put that u want to port a Koodo prepaid number! Make sure you keep your Koodo account active and while you wait u can keep using your Koodo Sim card.
