Porting issue, Registered a week ago, no response.

I have tried porting my Bell number a week ago, apperently the port didn't happen succsesfully. NOBODY has ever replied to my complains yet. I have messages Mod's @Saray_O @Shazia_K @Jeremy_M @Mary_M

 

Do not now when this issue is going to to be resolved. its too furstrating now.

@goreckm my issue has been addressed and my phone is up and running. I'd suggest you to start a thread and tag a Mod there. or you can reach @Saray_O or @Shazia_K for help.

Same here. Been waiting since last Thursday. Are you at least able to use your old SIM from your previous plan? That's what I've been doing, and working so far.
