Hello all
I want to switch my service from Public Mobile to Fido.I have active $15 plan with me .
Fido is trying to port my number but getting an error from PM side.
please help

Its ported now.

My PM account is active
Fido says that it will take 3 hrs to complete the process again.

Porting a number requires the following information and condition:
1. You PM number must be active
2. Your PM number to be ported out
3. Your PM account number whcih is on the overview page after login.
4. Your name on your PM account.
You should also remove your autopay cc info from your account before starting the porting process because your account will be canceled after your number is ported out.

Log into self serve double check your name is spelt correctly and copy the account number.
This is the only info they need to port your number.
Also Double check that your account says active.

Ensure the info you provided Fido matches your PM account.
Has Fido told you what the issue is?
You must make sure you PM account is active good standing and not suspended.
