Plan Auto renew failure

This post is addressed to mods. No need for feedback from others in the community. This is my second time experiencing auto renewal failure. In as many times automatically renewing my account.
I have been stranded for the whole day without service. I have pm'd mods and still waiting for response.
This level of service is not acceptable in this day and age.

The community is a place for customers to get help and help each other - if you don't want to receive feedback from other community members, you might be better off not creating a public post. 

 

We apologize about the delay, we are receiving a very high level of private messages. You sent us your message less than an hour ago and unfortunately we answer every messages in the order we receive them. We're doing our best to have everyone's concerns or issues fixed as soon as possible.
