Many posters are asking questions, or addressing issues, they get lot of feedbacks and suggestions, they never follow on their posts, can U please confirm if answers to your problems helped U to resolve your issues?.
I'm not sure if I 100% know what you mean by "follow on their posts". I did notice that a lot of time people's questions are answered but they do not pick a reply as the "solution" to their question.
