I have not been able to make or receive phone calls for 3 days now even though my account is paid up until February. When I try to login to my account on the public mobile website it says my login has been disabled and to visit the community page for assistance. I have sent a PM to the private moderator team but haven't received a response yet.
Any help would be appreciated!
@MP10, I feel for you. However, the community forum is pretty much customers helping customers. The one thing we cannot do is assist other customers with fixing account problems such as this. The only thing is to wait it out. Rest assured tickets are handled on a first come first serve basis.
Unless it's a phone setting issue with APN, then it's on their end and only mods can help you. If it's on their end make sure they reimburse you for the down days.
How long has your account been active before this happened ? and what area code
