It would really be appreciated if a moderator, could please post a update on whats going on with failed activatiions, I have been waiting 4 days now for a reply, my credit card has been charged, but cant access webpage, cant use phone, porting is in limbo......PLEASE we all realize there is a huge problem, but someone needs to post something telling us it is being worked on or whatever. Thanks

Agreed... MODS need to update their clients on what is happening.

Or this promo will be a complete failure.

I agree! The Mods should post a common problems thread and list out approximate wait times. I don't even know if they've seen my email/pm and are working to resolve the problem or simply ignored it. You see ppl on the forums posting about no reply for days, even just a quick reply saying "we're swamped and we know your problem and will work on it" will be an indication of service.
