@kevinbergeron,

If your account passed the 90 days of grace period without doing a payment, starts when the status shows EXPIRED, then your account and phone number have been deleted from the system.

You cannot recover your phone number and your SIM card is good for trash.

Sadly, if it's the case, you have to start again from scratch.

At this moment, Public Mobile is currently in BETA.

They are temporarily accepting new customers only by invitation.

To join the BETA phase, you must register here : http://publicmobile.ca/en/on/beta

You will be contacted by email within a few weeks. Once you receive your invitation code, you will be able to subscribe on Public Mobile and order a free of charge SIM card.

For now, there is no faster way to subscribe on Public Mobile. They are in BETA to make sure everything works perfectly before the official launch.

Hello,

If you have gone more than 90 days since a payment was due, your account was deactivated and your number lost. You are no longer considered a customer of Public Mobile. If you wish to become a customer again, you need to fill out the Beta application with your email address. The application page is on this website. In about 2 months, you will receive an invitation, and then after 2 or 3 weeks, a SIM card. There is no faster way to become a customer again. Also, the rates that you were accustomed to will no longer be available to you. Only grandfathered customers have them. When you become a customer again, you wilI need to choose from the new rates.

I hope that this has answered your question.

Hey @kevinbergeron

How long has it been since you've used the phone?
If it's been longer than 90 days than  your old account has been deleted and in order to regain service you would need to sign up at the BETA page and start again as a new customer.

If it's been under 90 days since you last use the device you can reactivate it by adding the sufficient funds needed for your monthly plan.
