Added a new credit card this morning as my previous one was lost. Account completely paid in full. Not working outside of wifi

These are the Public Mobile APN settings you need if you are using an Android phone.:

Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Leave blank
APN type: default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type: GID


Don't forget to save these settings and then select this APN as the active one.

First try rebooting your phone.

 

When you say not working outside of wifi, do you mean you can't access any data?  Are the rest of the services working?  If only data is affected, make sure you haven't used up all the data available in your plan.

 

If you haven't already done so, make sure to accept PM's free 1GB data and 400 international LD mins available to all customers until Dec. 25th.

What type of phone are you using?

What version of the OS?


What works and what doesn't (calls in/out, texts in/out, data)?

Did your account attempt to renew before you added the new card info?
