Not receiving text messsges from 722-258

Loving the service so far switching from Rogers. However, there is a problem: I have subscription on txt notifications from RBC for my VISA purchases and I am unable to receive any txts from 722-258.

I am able to receive from others such as 578-277, 520-22(Microsoft) and friends without issues.

Any ideas? Thanks

So today I've started to get text messages from RBC again.
I'm not sure about reason for that - I haven't changed any settings since November neither got any message from PM.

 

However earlier this day I enabled masterpass for my credit card and RBC was asking about some info during this process.

 

My wife though still has issues.

On the one hand I don't see PM in RBC compatible carriers list. However Telus is there. 

On the other hand there was a thread about almost the same issue with Chatr about year ago where they blacklisted this number.

Glad I am not the only one. Perhaps it's being blocked?

The same for me and my wife.

Ported numbers from FIDO 3 days ago. No text messages from RBC since then.

Tried that already... no go.

Maybe remove and re-add the text notifications?

 

How long ago did your port complete?
