I had my phone up and running and activated however the data wouldn't work and now all of a sudden it says no service and my phone won't text or dial out, as of I have no plan at all.

Looks like you just joined Public Mobile. Am I right?
If there was no data from the beginning, try to setup APN network and see if it resolves your problem.
Please, create a new Public Mobile APN, don’t edit an existing one, reboot after.

The data not working could be your APN settings. Did you setup the APN settings for PM after activating?
That would not cause a total loss of service though

Also my boyfriend has the same plan and his is still working

@Brittanymaye sorry to hear that. Are you located in Ontario or any province east of Ontario? I know they were having intermitted network issues earlier today. It's possible there are some lingering issues.
