I just switched to Public Mobile from Petro Canada Mobility (I switched my number as well) and I have a dual sim phone where I kept both sim cards in while switching the numbers. The public mobile sim worked for the first few days and one morning it said I had no service. I've tried restarting my phone as well as trying the sim in other unlocked phones... without any luck. Anyone have any thoughts on the issue?

Is there anything usual showing in your online account that indicate service disruption? If not, message the moderator team as already suggested.
