No service... no message,.. no answer..

i,

 

It’s has been 4 days, either today , I sent several mails to moderator  about my account has been suspended due to insufficient funds. But It was set up for automatic pay, so I didn’t receive answer at all.

No resolve... no call .. no message.😡😡

Please resolve it, Thks

If no, please send it again ASAP.  Moderator wait time is 2 - 3 days.

 

To test whether there is any issue with the credit/debit card, add $1 to your account.  If it works, you should have extra $1 in available fund on your self-serve overview page.

Hi Thanhhoaphan

The only way to get the help you need in the community is contacting the moderators they can help you with your problem can take a while but they will contact you.

I hope you can find de solution you need.

Give as much detail as you can in your message (your name, phone number, etc.) so they can help fix things faster.

 

Current moderator hours are:
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.
Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.
