sometimes it is just a matter of restarting the phone.

Any chance you can try your SIM in another phone, to see if it works?  Or perhaps try someone else's SIM in your phone to rule out a problem with your phone.

Could your phone be locked to another carrier?

Does it work elsewhere on PM?

Have you tried doing the basics ? Turn on airplane mode on for 1 min and then off. A simple restart. What phone are you running ? Clean the sim card tray for dust. And finally try manually setting the network to public mobile
