Hi,
just wondering if anyone can help. Got the sim card activated yesterday. Out going calls are working but not receiving incoming calls.

@DPGJ1, Did you port(transfer) in an existing number? If so, and you transfered from a cellular carrier, then something probably went wrong with the transfer. If you took a new number, then this deffinitely should not be happening. In either case, you need to send a private message to the moderator team and have them investigate. If you are transfering from a land line or a VOIP line, then transfers can take much longer (several days, up to a couple of weeks).

You can try:
- restarting your phone
- powering off your phone and removing the SIM, then re-insert it
- go into your phone's Cellular network settings and manually selecting Public Mobile as your Network Operator
