Need to change E-Mail associated with Self Serve Account to access account

I forgot my password to my self serve account and I'm trying to reset my password to access my account.  I am not receiving the forgot my password e-mail and I believe it's because when initially registering for my self serve account, I put in the wrong e-mail address and I remember only being able to change the username but not e-mail address. 

I would like to change my e-mail address associated with the account, so I can access my account again.  Please let me know what needs to be done, thanks.

If your account locked. Can't access to self serve then you need mod assistance
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
