@kissifer19 it may just be the wonderful system acting up again or I know in the past there are a few businesses that dont do there accounting until later in the evening you may find they will work in a few hours or in the morning ,I know it has happened to me in the past

Unfortunately, voucher issues happen frequently. 

 

You could wait for moderator response or maybe try tomorrow morning. Sometimes, there is a delay in activation. 

 

If you really need service, you could buy an online voucher at recharge.com (there is a service fee though).  At least, then you can get your service going if it is suspended presently.

I tired to add it online and through 611 😞 Still the same thing. 😞

Yeah...vouchers...sometimes they don't work right away. Did you buy it at Shoppers? Which value?
