My phone says no service is the system still down?

My phone displays the No Service message and I can't use the phone havn't been for three days. Whats up?

Hi log into your account and see if your account is active or expired? If expired your payment maybe due.

If active try rebooting the phone.

Is the phone bought recently off of kijiji? Might also check the IMEI on the website www.proyectyourdata.ca and see if blacklisted.
