I have two SIM with Mobile Public. Now my phone could not send any MSM messages, only received messages, I have to switch with my son phone the problem is still not send message. What will I do now?

What kind of phone is it? Maybe there's some kind of block or permissions set. If it's an iphone maybe it's set to use iMessage and not SMS.

Check which plan you have as you might have run out of texting if you only have the $10 plan.

Maybe the MSM has blocked you 🙂
Do you mean regular SMS or MMS?
Are you on the $10 plan? If so maybe you've used up the texting allotment.
