I don't know if anyone has had this happen, but this is our second month on PM and my husband originally signed up for the $25 unlimited talk and text plan. We went in to check his usage, etc. tonight and discovered that his plan had been changed to a $30 plan without his knowledge. We will certainly keep our eye on it next month to see if that happens again. Not cool PM.

Depending on what device you are on, you can easily take a screenshot of whatever you see on your screen. Google how to take screenshot on such device and upload here using Photos button.

@Rascal I certainly doubt this happened on its own. Please post a screenshot of your payment history from your self-serve account. Be sure to hide any personal details.
