My account has been stolen HELP!

My mobile account has just been stolen, I can't call or receive call since this morning, nor have my data available. The robber has also stoled my paypal account.

 

What can I do?

Log into My Account / Plan and Add-ons/Lost-Stolen. Click SUSPEND service.

Then call RCMP.

You will need to contact moderators by creating a ticket.

Click on the green question mark at bottom right to get started.

 

Enter your question into SIMon. Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.

 

Once you confirm to moderators that you are the true owner of the account, they will be able to suspend the account and get you back up and running. Hopefully they will get back to you soon, but it depends on their workload. In the meantime, if your sim card no longer works, we can assume that you have been sim-jacked. You should consider securing all your other accounts and anything that the hacker may have access to with your phone number.
