My Minutes being used when I Receive a Call what gives ?

Hi My Minutes are being used up when I Receive  an INCOMING call from g male.

This makes No sense when plan says " Unlimited Incoming Calls "

Can someone please explain this ?

Which plan did you get?  $15 plan?  

The original $15 plan did not have unlimited incoming calls.  If you got the plan when it first came out, you may have gotten the limited incoming calls.  You can then switch plans to the "new" $15 plan with unlimited incoming calls (at next renewal).

What plan did you subscribe to and when did you get it ?

@LP1  could you post a screenshot of your usage history for the period in question ? Sort it by outgoing calls and omit all personal imformation. Thanks.
