Multiple devices on public mobile dropping calls.

We have 3 phones with public mobiles. Regardless if its incoming or outgoing it keeps dropping calls. It's all different devices. I tried to see if there were any known issues or outages. Any suggestion for this? Anyone else having a similar issue? My parents are in a different town on public and it's happening to them.

Unfortunately there is many people with this problem...reach the moderator here for more help..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437. Waiting time is usually few hours to 2 days.

@ashleyb There has been a problem with dropped calls recently. You can contact the moderators about it but I think they are already working on the problem. Where are you located? I'm assuming this is Canada wide, I've been experiencing this issue in Nova Scotia

Ontario same issue seems to be better this week but service not as good as when I initially signed up

Unfotuantely, yes, I had a dropped call and I know a couple of other people who did today as well.

I switched to Public Mobile last month and have been regularly experiencing dropped calls. 

 

They said the issue was fixed last week but it wasn't fixed, I had a call drop today.  I can't deal with this anymore, switching to another company.
