Hi! My husband and I switched providers last night. We wanted to keep our old numbers but instead I ended up with a new number and my husband with my old number 🥴 Can someone help us get this straightened out please!?

@Wildhorses Vefy happy you had a moderator who was able to fix the mix up when your husband was porting your number in from your previous provider. Have your husband accept a solution for his post/thread. Welcome to public mobile.

Hiya, try this method out to see if you can get your old number back:
Got to My Account -> My Profile -> Change Number

The account with the new number needs to receive a port in. As far as having the old numbers in the "wrong account", just switch SIM cards. If both accounts are not using the same plan, then do a plan change on next renewal.
