I have not made an account and my sim card stopped working i need to mmake an account and transfer my sim card over but i cant make an account because my sim card doesnt work help please

To set up a self service account, you will need an active phone number to receive the welcome text to confirm the new account set up. If your SIM card is defective, you will not be able to receive the text.
You will need to private message a moderator, but unfortunatley, the wait times are 2-4 days...

Can you call 611 from phone? Buy a voucher from recharge.com and top up via 611.
