I dropped my phone in a Lake and could not recover it. I have since purchased a new phone and Public Mobile Sim. My question is how do I get my old number back on this new sim Im about to register?
All you have to do is log into your self-serve account and change the sim card number to new one. You will find Change Sim option on the overview page under your profile on the right.

You log into self-serve and change your SIM. This would be under my Plan and add ons. Under there you will see a heading for "Change SIM card". Changing your SIM card number still lets you keep your phone number
