I cant log into my account nor do I remember  my security questions how can I log in so I can change my payment information

@skwong- If you do not remember your password, or security questions, you will need to contact the moderator team to get it reset.

If you're in suspension then you can start a change plan now. It's 90 days that you LOSE your number. It's still yours until then.

The thing is my bill was due Jan 6th 2019 and I have 90 days before I can keep that number and I'm now running out of time. I'd have to get a voucher from a shop and pay the bill

The maximum plan possible is $210. Yes. 3 months.

Yes you're correct. It seems you can only really get two at once. Then do it again the next day.

So then you can go to just about any store that sells gift cards. Ask for the Public Mobile one. Have them look in their little pinpad terminal thingy. They might think of them as minutes.

Can you buy more than one @Murtuza for a total of 160$?

@Murtuza  to top up using a voucher and not having access to Self-serve you need to dial 611 and follow the propmts.

If it is urgent ie expired credit card, and payment due today. Buy a voucher from recharge.com to top up.

You'll need to contact the moderators to have them get you going.

In the meantime you can use the 611 service with a voucher to make any payments. You can buy vouchers online from recharge.com or from stores that sell all manner of gift cards.

 

Send ONE (1) private message to them here and you'll get a form back to fill out identifying information.
Then hopefully they will get back to you as soon as they can between M-F 9-9 (ET) and Sat-Sun 9-7:30 (ET). But it could be up to a couple days.
Depending on your notification settings, you would get an email notifying you of a reply. Don't reply to the email. Get back here and see a red blob over the little envelope in the upper right of your screen and click on it to see the message.
