@Mat_F I don't think they are wrong. Telus does have good service and I used to be a customer and never had any complaints. The few issues I had were promptly handled.
As for PM I think it has been great for my wife but then again I am the one that takes care of any issues she has with regards to her mobile so if I can say w/o sounding self congratulatory she has great customer support.
