Issues with billing

Why have I been double billed for opening a new account.  Once on March 11th for $30.51, and then on March 15th for $25.99.  I need to pay my Visa bill tomorrow and do not wish to pay both amounts, not to mention niether one is the correct one for may $25.00 plan.  What am I to do?

nov 2 : $6+ $3+$3+114= 126

 

aug 4  $6+3+3 +111= 123 but you had a $3 balance from a reward on may 23 (likley your first loyalty?

 

may 6 : $6+3+ 117=126

 

feb 5 $6+3+ 117=126

 

I think everything is in order.if nothing changes your next payment will be $114

Hi:

 

I just recived my November bill and the amount I paid including tax has INCREASED by $ 3- 4. Total for November 2018 is   $ 127.68.  In August it was $ 124.32, and May $ 121.43. I have 3 discounts: loyalty $ 3, Auto pay: $ 6.00 and refer a freind $ 3.00. I PM'ed mods on Friday and zero response ( that's another issue....what happened to timely support?)

 

Any help would be appreciated.

@ShawnC13 nice catch on the AutoPay!  i always forget the credit doesn't show up until the first renewal (when it gets caught up with the double credit before stabilizing afterward).  I brought up calculator and divided $30.51 by 25, expecting to find the taxes but was getting 22% tax which made no sense....    ...until I saw your reply of course.  🙂

Teh 30.51 is correct.  Your plan is actually $27.00 then there is a $2 autopay reward starting in the second month.  So 30.51/1.13=$27.00.  You should be showing a $4.00 autpay reward for your next payment.  I don't know why you were double charged but as stated you need to private message the moderators.
