Is portal not working?

Hi guys,

 

It looks like the PB portal is not working.

Once I login, I have the error:

 

Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.

 

Sometimes after login it looks ok, but once I go to the change plan section, I got another error.

I have 3 accounts, all of them have the same symptoms.

 

Just wondering, are you having the same problem?

It looks good now 🙂

I was just able to log in to my self-serve account, so I don't think the platform is down.

 

Please try again logging in and let me know if you were able to access your account.

It looks like we need a moderator to take a lookt at it.

I don't know how to notify a moderator about the issue.

Having the same issue as well! Tried clearing browser cookies and logging in again, but to no avail.

Yes, it seems to be down right now. I am having the same issue.

Yep, both me and my wife saw the same error message after we signed in with out accounts.
