Is it possible to chat to someone that works for public mobile

@Craiger

How many days left until your renewal? If you're short then you must not be on autopay. Do you have a visa debit? A koho card? Do you know anyone one willing to put their card on your account for a few days before and after your renewal so you can get the $2 autopay reward? They could even register it and then put a hold on it so nothing will get charged to it. Can you refer someone? That would get you an extra $1 reward in your account. Don't you know anyone willing to add $1 to your account with their card? You can collect that in empties in a few minutes walking down an alley on recycling day.

Thanks for the reminder @ShawnC13 .  Good to know that the disappearing  link to Simon has been rectified.

You can submit a ticket. If you are having trouble with your services, the next step is to contact a moderator. Here is the link to create a ticket through SIMon: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help   -> Click on Chart with Simon on the line "ask me something" write "moderator" -> then click on "account specific question" -> afterward click on "no, I want a human" -> finally you will see an answer "submit a ticket Click me!"

@gblackma Public Mobile would like people to be using SIMon as a way to raise trouble tickets and contact the moderators

I am $1 short for my plan this month I was hoping they could top me up $1 so I can keep my phone going

It is a prepaid service I am not sure they would do that.  What about changing to a less expensive plan?
