I was charged twice this month!

I was recently charged twice for my renewal on autopay. How do I get help with this?

Log into My Account...do you see one of the payments as Available Funds ? If so, then on next renewal...that will be payment and not your credit card, eh.

Is the excess charge showing in your Available Funds? If so then the system will just use that for your next renewal.
