I want to back publicmobile

I used publicmobile two month ago.I am using Fido now, I want to back to publicmobile.How can I use back my old ID? I find my old ID is locked.

dhanadhan is correct. Get a new sim, open a new account and port your number back from Fido.See  Port In

Well if you ported out then i believe your account is gone. Try logging into self-serve...

 

Most likely you will have to do everything all over again.
