@JUDE-m68, you need to log into your self serve account and pay the difference of $10 then you can fire off an email via PublicMobile.ca to get your $10 credit.

Hi,

Only customers who signed up before January 25, 2015 are entitled to live customer assistance by calling *611 from their cell, or 1-855-4Public from any phone. Whether an old or new customer, many of the functions of the self serve account can be done through *611.

Call *611 and see if it says that your service is suspended. Go into your online account and see if the first page says that your service is expired. If so, that means the billing system didn't receive FULL payment, regardless of the text.

Remember that Public Mobile is in Beta, which means unexpected problems.

my plan is 35$ plan but i have a 10$discount.I got a text saying its paid but i cant cal lanyone. Is there a customer service number?

Hello,

Did you reboot your phone?

Also, did you pay the FULL amount of your plan, or did you pay the full amount less any credits to which you are entitled? If this is what you did, it's quite possible that the FULL amount wasn't paid because the credit wasn't in your account. If so, pay the amount of the credit, reboot your phone, and you should have service.
