Did you reboot your phone?
Also, did you pay the FULL amount of your plan, or did you pay the full amount less any credits to which you are entitled? If this is what you did, it's quite possible that the FULL amount wasn't paid because the credit wasn't in your account. If so, pay the amount of the credit, reboot your phone, and you should have service.
my plan is 35$ plan but i have a 10$discount.I got a text saying its paid but i cant cal lanyone. Is there a customer service number?
