How do I transfer my available balance to Koodo or use it to buy sim cards?

I have approx $27 available balance under my account, and I am planning to switch to koodo with their promotion going on right now... is it possible to transfer my available credit to koodo or use my available balance to buy 2 sim cards?

I think it's case by case basis, there is no harm in sending the mods a message to see what they can do for you.

No, even though they are owned by Telus. They are separate entities and you cant use available balances between companies.

Most likely not unfortunately. They usually don’t let you transfer a balance to Koodo but you can try DMing a moderator.
