How do I get to talk to someone ??

To everyone recommending contacting the moderator team, please review this posting from Alan_K:

We should all be trying to help triage problems here before sending people directly to the moderator team.  Ask questions to help narrow down what is needed.  Right now we know literally nothing about the OP's need.

 

EDIT: I realize Alan's announcement came after the replies above, I just wanted to make sure you were all aware.  Sorry for any confusion.

If you want to communicate with the PM Moderator Team you need to submit a ticket. 

 

To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking the icon below:

If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

Just walk up to someone and say something like..."how are you today ?".

But seriously...PM has nobody you can call and "talk to". It's made up of Community Forum members like you and me. We're the first line for issue resolution suggestions. If that fails, we'll direct you to a moderator for their intervention.

You have directions for contacting a moderator already so while waiting for their help...what's your concern ?  You'll find that there are several Community Forum members will be quick to answer and provide suggestions if possible. I say it's alot faster / better than a call center and you don't have to listen to that crappy elevator music while you're on hold.

@LucienFrancoeur everything is online here. You contact a moderator. To contact a moderator and explain your situation. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket).

Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.
