How I can restaurate my Public Mobil account if I forgot my password and security question?

@leo-Lennox, that's very intuitive. But, can Wikipedia be fully trusted?

I looked it up on Wikipedia and there is a standard which has been adopted by Canada. PM should adopt the Canadian standard.

The standard date and time format in Canada is ISO 8601, or [YYYY]-[MM]-[DD]T[hh]:[mm]:[ss]. Although different calendar date formats are found in Canada, both in French and in English, the Treasury Board of the Government of Canada has mandated the use of the ISO 8601 date format to eliminate calendar-date errors in information transfer.[1] As a consequence, The Canadian Standards Association has implemented the ISO 8601 specification through national standard CSA Z234.5:1989

@Leo-Lennox, so humorous. But, there can only be room for one. And a half.

Besides, Shouldn't it be: DD/MM/YY

or: MM/DD/YY

But I do agree with this: WK/DD/HH/MM/SS/Millisecond

@Leo-Lennox,

Since you forget your security question, you have to send an email to have your password recovered.

How to send an email ?

Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us

Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.

  - Choose ""

  - Choose ""

  - Choose ""

Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.

An agent of Public Mobile will try to answer you ASAP.

These times quoted ... are they local time PDT or ....?

Just a reminder that central Canada is just a small part of the country.

And on a related point ... if I were king everyone would use these date and time formats or have their heads chopped off:-

YYY-MM-DD  hh:mm:ss

Oh? I could have sworn PM's Sunday hr. ended at 6:00pm. Guess I made an Error. My Mistake. Thanks for pointing that out @Martin. Bravo to you for pointing that out
