Follow these steps here:
To access data, follow these instructions to change your APN settings:
1. Insert your Public Mobile SIM card into your unlocked iPhone.
2. Tap “Settings”
3. Tap “Cellular”
4. Tap “Cellular Data Network”
5. Change your APN values to match the table below:
*Only update the fields that are circled. Leave every other field empty

MORE THAN LIKELY, APN (Access Point Name) Settings is NOT set to PM's settings
I have 0 Experience with Apple iPhone
Can anyone with Knowledge on this please Guide @braddimilo?

Be sure cellular data is turned "on" in your settings and that your apn setting conform to this post: http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/How-do-I-set-up-data-APN-on-my-smartph...
