Haven't been able to receive call for 2 weeks.

Hello, I've signed up for Public Mobile two weeks ago. I can text and call out but still have not been able to RECEIVE calls.

I ported my number over from Wind Mobile.

I'd appreciate any help anyone could give me.

I've tried powering down iPhone and reinstalling SIM Card.

I'm tired of waiting for this service to work.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been having porting issues, 

 

Can you please send me the following info via private message? I will need it in order to look into the status of the port. 

 

-Porting number

-Account number with Wind

Your port has hung up. No need to wait 2 weeks to ask for assitance.

 

One of the moderators @Shazia_K @Mary_M can likley clear up the problem.

For future reference, don't wait more than a few hours to reach out for help in similar situations.
