When I try the "forgot your password process it is not triggering an e-mail.
I set up two phones in the past for my kids and now I want to register a third

at this stage i don't think it will ever be fixed, mods are your only choice.

The forgot password function is broken. The only way to do a password reset is to have the moderator team do it for you. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Refer to the following link for information on contacting the moderator team.
