So we all know if we dial 611 or *611 from our Public Mobile line, we get our next automatic payment date, and current account balance.
"Your next automatic payment will occur at 2AM Eastern Standard Time on %day% of %Month% %year%"
"Your current account balance is x Dollars."
However, if you dial +1 (855) 478-2542, we get:
"Welcome Public Mobile. For service in English, press 1."
"Please enter your 10-digit public Mobile phone number:"
Then... you can type in anyone's Public Mobile phone number and hear their renewal date and account balance, without entering a PIN.
Then the standard self-serve options are offered, all requireding the 4-digit account PIN.
What do you think? Cause for concern?

in reality you would need to know that the number is on PM first. no charges can be madewithout knowing the pin number. so really I don't think there is a major issue.

@Nezgar They shouldn't tell you anything about other account but what you could be done knowing a renewal date?
