I am suppose to get 6gb on one plan and 4gb on another plan and it has not reset since October I have come to find out. Should my plan not reset each and every month so I get the full data?

@UrbanArt was your plan a 90 day plan, or was it a 30 day plan with 3G-speed data, by chance?

Public Mobile primarily deals in 90 day plans. Sounds like you probably signed up for one. The data allotment quoted for those plans are for the full 90 days. So you get it all up front and use it as you wish until your next renewal date.
Maybe check your plan under my account to confirm what plan you signed up for under plan details.
