If manually entering the APN settings doesn't work, try a Network Reset:
Android: Settings->System(Advanced)->Reset options->Reset Wi-Fi, mobile, and Bluetooth.
iOS: Settings->General->Reset->Reset network
You will lose saved wifi networks and BT devices.

Hello, my data stopped working all of a sudden. We had to get someone to text me the APN message that I could click on and set up my phone to receive your data. The guy at the kiosk said that I'll probably need that text message again to reset the data information in my phone. Can you text me the APN info again please.
These are the Public Mobile APN settings you need:

If you need to know where to find the settings:

Iphone
Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Network
OR
Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network.

If you have data remaining, then you can check your APN settings here
https://apn-canada.gishan.net/
Just select Public mobile, then find your device

@billmc0010If your data has stopped working.. have you checked your selfserve account to make sure your data bucket has not been used up? If it is not listed on the front page of selfserve it means you need to purchase more data.
