Data not working on Samsung Galaxy 5 Neo

Hello just ported my wife's cell phone number over from Kodoo. Texting and calling works. 

However, no data is working on the account. Please advise as she needs the data for work (google maps).

 

Anything I can do?

forgot: also please restart phone after entering APN settings......just to refresh all data....

Try:

 

- reset network settings (requires reentering wifi passwords)

- remove SIM for 5 miniutes, install and reboot

- toggle airplane mode off/on

- make sure your plan includes data and cellular data is turned on 

- can you receive incoming calls?

- what is make/model of your phone?
